Fire hydrants are the connection point by which firefighters can tap into a supply of water when combating/ extinguish fire.
Our fire hydrant is made to withstand high pressure water to enable firefighters to perform their duties to the maximum extent.
Hydrants are manufactured as per NFPA, and each hydrant has two high threaded brass outlets to which a fire hose may be connected.
In order to provide sufficient water for firefighting, hydrants are sized to provide a minimum flow rate of about 250 gallons per minute.
